Sean brings over 17 years of professional, results-driven, and relationship-based leadership recruitment experience to the team at Pender & Howe as Director, Executive Search. Starting his career in executive search in Tokyo Japan he has since worked with leaders and organizations throughout North America, helping companies build dynamic teams and impactful leadership cultures. Sean takes a proactive, dedicated, and collaborative approach to search partnerships across multiple sectors, including higher learning, technology, healthcare, and manufacturing.
With both a global and growth mindset, Sean looks forward to building a lasting impact in North America with our Pender and Howe team and internationally in partnership with our Kestria global alliance.
In his downtime, there is a high probability you will find Sean outdoors as he’s fueled by backcountry camping, skiing, hiking, and spending time with his family.
