Dino brings more than 25 years of experience in executive search and a deep network across Québec’s business community.
He spent nearly 17 years as a senior executive recruiter before founding EspaceTalent, a boutique search firm specializing in direct recruitment for executive and professional roles. He built the firm on trusted client partnerships, targeted search strategies, and a deep understanding of the business challenges his clients faced.
His expertise spans executive and senior-level search, strategic talent advisory, and business development. He has a proven track record across a broad range of industries, including industrial manufacturing, telecommunications, mining, technology, transportation, and business services.
Dino’s work also draws on a solid grounding in behavioural science and psychometrics. As a certified practitioner and senior advisor with MPO by Ngenio, he helps organizations and HR teams build job profiles, understand behavioural dynamics, and strengthen communication and collaboration within their teams.
